How are you right now?

Said yes to overtime again and I am angry at myself

Filed it as a thought. Something similar came up in May, want to look?

Why now: “every ‘yes’ this week belonged to someone else”

Bija remembers your history and the way you write

With your consent, and a “Clear” button. It answers from your own entries.

Entries gather on their own

From a conversation, a voice note or a photo. Marked “from chat”, you can edit or hide them.

Assignments next to “why now”

They live on your home screen, with no streaks and no guilt.

A private conversation stays yours

Hidden from everyone. “Delete without a trace” removes both the entries and the observations.

One history instead of six apps.

You do not have to keep a journal “properly”. Everything you wrote, said or completed lands on one line, and you can see what repeats and what has shifted this month. Change your specialist: the history stays with you.

What happened: boundaries at work. What I took away: “no” without explanations.

GAD-7: 12 → 9 → 7 over a month. Refusal journal: 5 of 7 days.

Practices · this week

A corridor, a closed door at the end. No key.

Dream · 4 September

In two weeks the theme of giving in has come back three times. A question to yourself: what happens a second before “yes”?

What Bija noticed · over two weeks

You decide what is visible. The specialist gets exactly that.

Seven sections open at your choice and close in one click. The specialist never reads your conversation with Bija or your journal: only check-ins, scores and a one-line summary of the practices come through.

  • Access is enforced in the database, not just in the interface. Keys and models live only on the server.
  • We do not train models on your data. How each provider handles it is set out in the privacy policy.
  • Whatever is hidden is labelled on screen: the summary draft and the specialist's working notes are not visible to the person.
  • The terms of work on one page for both sides: versions, signatures, change requests.
  • In a crisis Bija leads to a person, not to an interpretation.

Start on your phone, continue at your desk.

One history in the browser, on your phone from the Home screen and in Telegram: the same entries, the same assistant, the same memory. One database, no copies and no “restore”.

By request for now. We onboard the first people personally.

We set up your method and access frame by hand, so we are opening up gradually. Not a closed club, just care for the first people in.

How do you plan to use Bija?

The request commits you to nothing: access is free, no card needed. We will only write about access.

What happens next

  1. 1You leave your email and say how you plan to use Bija.
  2. 2You answer a few questions about how you work or what you are looking for in Bija.
  3. 3You receive an invitation by a short link and the first conversation, “Meeting Bija”.

Bija is built by a small team that uses it every day. Three rules: no diagnoses, nothing without your confirmation, private by default.

Common questions

No. Bija does not diagnose, treat or replace a specialist. It keeps your history, notices what repeats, reminds and suggests. What to do with that is your call, and with a specialist you decide together.

By default no one but you. A specialist appears only if you connect one and sees exactly the sections you opened. They never see your conversation with Bija or your journal. Access can be revoked at any moment.

Yes. Entries, practices, your history and the conversation with Bija work on their own. You can invite a specialist whenever you like. Or never.

No. There are no streaks and no guilt-tripping reminders. The picture is built from whatever exists; while there is little material, the “What Bija noticed” block simply does not appear.

Bija remembers your history with sources, not one conversation. It does nothing without confirmation, and everything it notices can be traced back to the entry. And it has a second side: a specialist gets not a feed but exactly what you opened.

In one database on servers in the United States, with access enforced under your login. A specialist can export a client's material as a file, a private conversation can be deleted without a trace, and a specialist's access can be revoked in one click. The details are in the privacy policy.

Bija runs in the browser and can be added to the Home screen as an app. Telegram connects as a second door into the same chat. The native iPhone app is on its way.

Telegram is handy for voice notes on the go, but the messages pass through its servers. If that matters to you, write in the app: the path is shorter there.

Free for now, with access by request. If a paid subscription appears, we will say so in advance and will not charge anything without your consent.

Bija is not for emergencies. If you are in a bad place right now, reach out to someone close, to your specialist or to your country's helpline. The “Urgent help” button at the top of the page shows the numbers for your country.
